There are two furnished apartments on the first floor beach level and five rooms upstairs on the second floor APARTMENTS - FIRST FLOOR BEACH LEVEL Apartment A has one queen bedroom, one double bedroom, two single bedrooms, one bathroom and a full kitchen. It has an Eastern and Southern exposure and a picture window looking out at the ocean. From Apartment A you just walk out the door onto the beach. Apartment A is rented by the week. Contact us for current pricing. Check-in time is Saturday at 3:00 PM and check-out time is Saturday at 10:00 AM Apartment B has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. It has an Eastern and Northern exposure and a picture window looking out at the ocean. From Apartment B you just walk out the door onto the beach. Apartment B is rented by the week. Check-in time is Saturday at 3:00 PM and check-out time is Saturday at 10:00 AM ROOMS - SECOND FLOOR Room 0 is the third door on the left, has a double bed, a single bed, a refrigerator and shares a bathroom next to the room. It has a skylight, a Southern exposure and a nice view of the ocean through two windows. Room 0 is $200.00 plus tax per night (2-night minimum). Check-in 3:00 PM check-out 10:00 AM Room 1 is the second door on the left, has a double bed, a refrigerator and shares a bathroom at the end of the hall. It has a skylight, a Southern exposure and a nice view of the ocean through two windows. Room 1 is $175.00 plus tax per night (2-night minimum). Check-in 3:00 PM check-out 10:00 AM Room 2 is the first door on the left, has a double bed, an Eastern exposure with a window overlooking the ocean and a 145-square foot balcony also overlooking the ocean (the balcony is shared with Room 3 next to it), a refrigerator and shares the bathroom down the hall. Room 2 is $180.00 per night plus tax (2-night minimum). Check-in 3:00 PM check-out 10:00 AM Room 3 is the first door on the right, has a queen size bed, an Eastern exposure with two windows overlooking the ocean and a 145-square foot balcony also overlooking the ocean (the balcony is shared with Room 2 next to it), a refrigerator and a private bathroom. Room 3 is $225.00 plus tax per night (2-night minimum). Check-in 3:00 PM check-out 10:00 AM Room 4 is the second door on the right, has a double bed, two single beds, a Northern exposure, a refrigerator and a private bathroom. Room 4 is $225.00 plus tax per night (2-night minimum). Check-in 3:00 PM check-out 10:00 AM RESERVATIONS Please contact us to make a reservation. Leases are required for the apartments. A one night deposit is required for all rooms. Balance is due upon arrival. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. There is a 2-night minimum stay in the rooms. Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy requirements. Room rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person is $25.00 per night plus tax. Prices are subject to change without notice AMENITIES In case you have not been here before the Beach House is 3/4-mile south of Jenk's Club and our prices are some of the best in town! Amenities include: AC and refridgerators in all rooms, high-speed WiFi, TV's with Comcast Xfinity X1 Voice remotes, free on-demand movies, free Xfinity sports channel package (Yankees YES Network, NFL Network, ESPN, Tennis Channel, Golf Channel, etc), one off-street parking space per room, two off-street parking spaces per apartment and parking for bicycles on the Ocean Avenue deck. Common area facilities include: private beach, free Ocean Avenue trolley to local hot spots, oceanfront decks and outdoor grill. We are within walking distance via the beach or Ocean Avenue to Jenkinson's Boardwalk, Martell's Tiki Bar and Jenk's Club TAX Listed prices do not include applicable NJ State taxes: 6.625% NJ State sales tax plus 8.00% NJ State hotel/motel tourist occupancy tax BEACH HOUSE RULES Please do not bother anybody else. Park only in the space(s) that match your room or apartment number. The Beach House facilities, beach and parking area are for the use of registered guests only. No visitors. No pets CANCELLATIONS Room deposits will be refunded subject to cancellation fee if at least one week advance notice is given. All room cancellations are subject to a $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee.
